These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern your use of the Turing Dynamics website and its associated services, including email newsletters, associated content distribution platforms, and public Turing Dynamics online social media accounts (together, the Services). Turing Dynamics is a division of Caerleon Advisory Pty Ltd (ABN 21 135 826 783). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services will not exceed AUD 100.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turing Dynamics, Caerleon Advisory Pty Ltd, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Turing Dynamics and Caerleon Advisory Pty Ltd in relation to the Services and supersede any prior understandings relating to that subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms.
